Meditation is your nature. When you are practising meditation, you are only doing the action of the meditation. When you drop the idea that you are doing meditation, meditation happens. When you meditate, you can create a possibility for your senses to experience true bliss. Omnipresence! When you meditate, it’s almost like diving into a deep sea. You have no idea what you are going to find. As long as you have expectations and projections and your goals are fixed, you are not meditating. Meditation is like taking a deep dive into your consciousness, which is infinite. So how you can put a limit on it? How can you define what you are going to experience? You sit waiting quietly for something to happen. You don’t know what will happen. You are simply waiting. Meditation brings the divine presence inside you. If joy, compassion, and kindness do not start sprouting in your day-to-day living emotions, meditation is not working. It is just an action that you are performing. But continue to meditate. One day it will happen! Meditate until you become compassionate and kind, not just act with compassion and kindness. What you describe God is, all of those qualities should be part of you.
The Practice of Meditation
Meditate until you become compassionate and kind, not just act with compassion and kindness.
