Student Agreement (“Agreement”)

THIS Agreement forms the basis of the relationship between you (“Student”) and Yogiville Gurukul (“Yogiville Gurukul”), a Yoga & Meditation Academy operating under Neuroprana, Ltd (“Neuroprana”) from the time you accept an offer via acceptance letter for a place on a course offered by Yogiville Gurukul.


Definitions.

a. “Acceptance Letter” the separate document with the course details and Student’s acceptance on the course following the application process

b. “Course” the course of study from Yogiville Gurukul as detailed in the acceptance letter

c. “Location” the Student’s location, when the Course is offered on In Person basis, location details included in the Acceptance Letter if relevant

d. ‘Confidential Information’ shall mean any document marked as “Confidential” or any information which is disclosed by the disclosing party whether orally, visually or in writing that is identified by the disclosing party as being confidential at the time of disclosure.

e. “Intellectual Property Rights” means patents and patent applications, copyrights, trademarks, service marks, trade names, domain name rights, trade secret rights, and all other intellectual property rights.

1. Course

1.1. Upon agreement between Neuroprana and Student, the parties agree to the Course. Each Acceptance Letter shall set forth a description of the Course including the Course fees and may specify certain other provisions with respect to the Course to which that Acceptance Letter relates. When an Acceptance Letter is signed, and executed by Student, all of the terms, conditions and provisions contained herein shall be deemed to be incorporated by reference into this Agreement, solely with respect to the Course contemplated by such Acceptance Letter. Except as expressly provided otherwise in Acceptance Letter, in the event of any conflict between the provisions of this Agreement and the provisions of the Acceptance Letter, the provisions of a Acceptance Letter shall prevail.

2.Neuroprana Obligations

2.1. Provide Student with tuition and learning support appropriate to Course with reasonable care and skill

2.2. Provide suitable teaching and learning spaces, and other appropriate resources to support Course

2.3. Provide clear information about Course and guidance on what is likely to be required to complete Course successfully

2.4. Encourage a professional and responsible learning environment and suitably support Student, academically and practically

2.5. Make reasonable efforts to ensure Course meets the relevant certification specification where relevant, while also ensuring that it is informed by, and updated in line with, current teachings from the Yogiville Gurukul.

2.6. Advise the Student if any modification to Course, such as timetabling, location, type of class, assessment or prospectus, where necessary to more effectively deliver Course.

2.7. Communicate with Student by email, phone or designated chat groups as appropriate.

3. Student Obligations

3.1. Student to take responsibility for experiential learning and development, working in partnership with Yogiville Gurukul staff to become a self-reliant, independent learner

3.2. Student commits to work hard and diligently, contributing effectively to Course and respecting the needs of other Course participants

3.3. Student will take an active interest in all aspects of the Course and stay aware of updated information

3.4. Student will attend educational activities, including but not limited to lectures, workshops, tutorials, practice sessions, other classes, as are defined in Course, subject to absence for medical or other agreed reasons

3.5. Student will make appropriate use of the resources available, including staff, digital library and Course materials provided and the shared knowledge of the wider Yogiville Gurukul community

3.6. Student will comply with all Neuroprana regulations, including the Regulations for
Courses delivered via residential programs are governed by Property Code of Conduct, Exhibit B based on the Location identified in the Acceptance letter

3.7. Student remains current with the information provided about the Yogiville Gurukul, the Course, and where to find more detailed information and guidance, regardless of the media form

3.8. Complete and submit by the required deadlines any work to be assessed as part of Course

3.9. Participate in the Yogiville Gurukul community, cooperating with other Course participants to support each other’s learning, and responding to requests to give your opinion about your learning and other experiences at the Yogiville Gurukul

4. Student Code of Conduct
Students will maintain the code of conduct detailed in this section to ensure acceptable, ethical, and the professional behaviour by which all Students agree to during the Course.

4.1. Student will behave and speak in a way that does not offend others.

4.2. Student will dress appropriately during the Course and following the Course when representing the Course material as a certified teacher

4.3. Student will seek help if needed during the Course

4.4. Student will treat everyone with respect. Any form of bullying will be treated seriously and may lead to exclusion from the Course

4.5.Student will be punctual and attend all Course modules (unless absence is explained and agreed prior)

4.6. Student will meet deadlines for assignments and projects

4.7. Student will ensure that all work produced for assignments and exams is own work

4.8. Student will treat with respect all Course property

4.9. Student will switch off mobile phones in class

4.10. Student will not take any food or drink into the Course facility during lecture, tutorials or practice time

4.11. Student accepts that smoking is forbidden

4.12. Student will Dispose of litter responsibly

5. Changes – Where necessary and reasonable Yogiville Gurukul may need to make changes to Course. For example, Yogiville Gurukul may need to alter the timetable, location, number of classes, method of delivery, content, assessment methods or syllabus. Yogiville Gurukul will not withdraw a Course unless and until all students enrolled on it have completed their studies, with the exception of Courses which have not yet commenced. Student can expect Yogiville Gurukul to:

5.1. Provide Student reasonable notice on any material changes Yogiville Gurukul may make

5.2. attempt to minimise any adverse impact that any changes may have on Student.

5.3. make arrangements, where necessary, for Student to complete original Course.

5.4. explore with Student, where applicable, the opportunities for transferring to another Course at another location or another time in same location

5.5. ensure that Student receives recognition or credits for any hours Student has successfully completed, if Course transfer occurs

5.6. If between the time of Student acceptance of an offer and registering for a Course, Yogiville Gurukul makes fundamental changes to Course, Student will be entitled to withdraw application.

6. Certification Courses This section applies to Students participating in Yogiville Gurukul Courses which result in a certification and the ability to teach. Yogiville Gurukul Courses are certified by Yogiville Gurukul or 3rd party certification authorities.

6.1. To maintain high standards and ensure that Yogiville Gurukul maintains the positive reputation around the teachings of the Yogiville Gurukul, it is important that the Student reaches a minimum standard. If Yogiville Gurukul determines that a student is not upholding the standard, the parties will discuss and review. Yogiville Gurukul will be responsible for advising the Student of remedy to improve the standard

6.2. The Yogiville Gurukul will assess Student’s progress throughout the Course and provide Student with direct feedback. Students who do not meet the required standards will be asked to improve on the areas of weakness, demonstrate that they incorporated the feedback before being issued with a certificate of participation (“Certificate”).

6.3. Student must complete all required hours of the Course and all assignments to be considered for certification

6.4. Student must achieve a pass mark for all marked assignments and an acceptable standard for all other written coursework assignment

6.5. Student is required to pass an oral assessment and a practical assessment.

6.6. Student must satisfy Yogiville Gurukul staff that student possesses a clear knowledge and understanding of the Course content and maintain the teaching principles and standards after completing certification

6.7. Student must complete all requirements of student teaching to qualify for the unrestricted ability to teach and receive the teaching license (“Teaching License”).

6.8. Student must have completed all payments for the Course before final certificate can be issued once all other certification criteria is met

7. Digital Information

7.1. Course content, documentation and support materials developed by Yogiville Gurukul for the explicit use of the Course, will be distributed digitally with access to the information restricted and governed by the terms and conditions of the Digital Use Terms and Conditions, Exhibit A.

7.2. Any slideware leveraged to guide the teaching during the Course will not be distributed to the Student.

7.3. Students are prohibited from taking pictures of the slideware and are not permitted to video, record or photograph during the Course sessions without the expressed agreement of the Yogiville Gurukul. When Student is approved by Yogiville Gurukul to record Course, you hereby assign to Yogiville Gurukul absolutely throughout the world the entire copyright, all other rights in the nature of copyright subsisting in the recordings you make and all other rights in the recordings of any nature, whether now known or created in the future, to which you are now, or at any time in the future may be, entitled by virtue of the laws in force in the United Kingdom and in any other part of the world.

7.4. Student understands and agrees that Yogiville Gurukul will be photographing, recording and videoing during the sessions for the sole use of the Yogiville Gurukul’s on demand course content, marketing, promotion or social media use and other uses as determined by Yogiville Gurukul. Any digital materials generated during the Course will be the be wholly owned by Yogiville Gurukul.

7.5. If Student fails to comply with this Section, Yogiville Gurukul reserves the right to take disciplinary action towards the student or pursue legal action.

8. Confidentiality

8.1. Each party undertakes at all times to hold in confidence for the other party, to use only for the purposes hereof and not to print, publicise or otherwise disclose to any third party, Confidential Information of the other party.

8.2. In the event of disclosure of Confidential Information to a third party in default of the provisions of this Section, the defaulting party shall use all reasonable endeavours to assist the disclosing party in recovering and preventing such third party from using, disseminating, selling or otherwise disposing of such.

9. Data Protection

Student will not transfer to Neuroprana or provide Neuroprana any access to any data or information that is subject to regulation under Applicable Data Protection Law (“Protected Data”) in connection with this Agreement, including without limitation Personal Data, Protected Health Information and Personally Identifiable Information (as such terms are defined in Applicable Data Protection Law), except for Protected Data related to Student’s contact persons. “Applicable Data Protection Law” means all applicable international, federal, state, provincial and local laws, rules, regulations, directives and governmental requirements currently in effect and as they become effective relating in any way to the privacy, confidentiality or security of Protected Data including, without limitation, the European Union Directives governing general data protection and all applicable industry standards concerning privacy, data protection, confidentiality or information security. We have implemented appropriate technical, organizational, and security measures designed to safeguard and protect Protected Data provided by you to us and we may access, use and transfer such Protected Data to our affiliates and third parties (including those located outside of the European Economic Area) only for the purposes of fulfilling our obligations and exercising our rights, providing information to you and complying with our legal and auditing requirements. Student is responsible for providing any notices and obtaining any consents and approvals required to collect, process, transfer, maintain and use the data collected by Student in connection with Student’s participation on the Course and other applicable components in this Agreement.

10. Ownership.

Except as expressly stated otherwise in this Agreement, neither party will acquire any rights, title, or interest in any of the Intellectual Property Rights belonging to the other party or the other party’s licensors. All ownership rights, title, and Intellectual Property Rights in and to the content accessed through any Courses are the property of the applicable content owner and may be protected by copyright or other applicable laws. For the avoidance of doubt, as between Neuroprana and Student, Neuroprana retains all right, title, and interest in and to the Course. Neuroprana own or have licensed to the intellectual property in all Course materials produced by Neuroprana (or on our behalf) and such materials should only be used for Student’s own personal study purposes. Except for the limited rights and licenses granted to Student pursuant to this Agreement, and subject to the applicable obligations and restrictions set forth herein, nothing shall be construed to restrict, impair, encumber, alter, deprive, or adversely affect the Course or any of Neuroprana’s rights or interests therein or any other Neuroprana’s Intellectual Property Rights, including but not limited to brands, information, content, processes, methodologies, products, goods, services, materials, or rights, tangible or intangible. All rights not expressly granted in this Agreement are reserved by Neuroprana.

11. Currency, Invoices and Payment

11.1. Currency. All currency for payment to Neuroprana will be in British Sterling Pounds (GBP), unless otherwise agreed to by the parties in the Acceptance Letter.

11.2. Invoices and Payments. Student will remit payments to Neuroprana as outlined in each Acceptance Letter.

11.3. Late payments by Student may result in termination of the Student’s participation on the Course.

12. Limitation of Liabilities:

Neuroprana’s maximum liability for losses Student suffers as a result of us acting in breach of these terms and conditions is strictly limited to the lesser of the value of £100 or the amount you paid for the Course and any losses which are a foreseeable consequence of us breaking the agreement. Losses are foreseeable where they could be contemplated by you and us at the time your order is accepted by us.

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL NEUROPRANA BE LIABLE FOR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SPECIAL DAMAGES, OR ANY OTHER FINANCIAL DAMAGES, SUCH AS LOST PROFITS OR DAMAGES DUE TO LACK OF DELIVERY OF STUDENTS RESPONSIBILITIES, WHETHER FORESEEABLE OR UNFORESEEABLE, BASED ON CLAIMS OF NEUROPRANA, ITS DIRECTORS OR ITS APPOINTEES (INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, CLAIMS FOR LOSS OF COURSE DAYS, GOODWILL, USE OF MONEY OR ANY MISSED ACTIVITY INCLUDED IN THE COURSE, STOPPAGE OF OTHER WORK OR IMPAIRMENT OF OTHER ASSETS), ARISING OUT OF BREACH OR FAILURE OF EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY, BREACH OF CONTRACT, MISREPRESENTATION, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY IN TORT, FAILURE OF ANY REMEDY TO ACHIEVE ITS ESSENTIAL PURPOSE OR OTHERWISE. IN NO EVENT WILL THE AGGREGATE LIABILITY, WHICH NEUROPRANA MAY INCUR IN ANY ACTION OR PROCEEDING, EXCEED THE LESSER VALUE OF AMOUNT ACTUALLY GRANTED TO NEUROPRANA FOR THE COURSE OR £100. THE LIMITATIONS, EXCLUSIONS AND DISCLAIMERS SET FORTH IN THIS SECTION WILL NOT APPLY ONLY IF AND TO THE EXTENT THAT THE LAW OR A COURT OF COMPETENT JURISDICTION REQUIRES LIABILITY UNDER APPLICABLE LAW BEYOND AND DESPITE THESE LIMITATIONS, EXCLUSIONS AND DISCLAIMERS

13. Governing Law, Jurisdiction and Legal Actions

13.1. Governing Law. This Agreement and any disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with its subject matter are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England.

13.2. Jurisdiction. The parties irrevocably agree that the courts of England have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim that arises out of or in connection with this Agreement.

13.3. Legal Actions. Nothing in this section will prevent Neuroprana from seeking interim injunctive relief against Student or filing an action against Student to collect amounts not transferred per the Agreement.

13.4. Nothing contained herein shall be deemed to create an agent / principal relationships between the relevant parties.

14. FORCE MAJEURE. No parties will be liable for any failure or delay in performing an obligation under this Agreement that is due to causes beyond its reasonable control, such as natural catastrophes, governmental acts or omissions, laws or regulations, labor strikes or difficulties, transportation stoppages or slowdowns or the inability to procure parts or materials. These causes will not excuse Student from their responsibility to transfer amounts due to Neuroprana through any available lawful means acceptable to Neuroprana.

15. Term and Termination

15.1. This Agreement shall come into force on the Effective Date identified in the Acceptance Letter.

15.2. This Agreement shall terminate on the earliest of the following events.

15.2.1 Upon the Expiration Date of the Agreement

15.2.2. The parties mutually agree in writing that the Agreement should cease

15.3. In the event that termination of this Agreement occurs, within 30 days of said termination, all rights granted hereunder will cease

16. Termination for Cause – This Agreement will terminate if Student withdraws from the Yogiville Gurukul or Yogiville Gurukul requires Student to withdraw for any of the reasons set out below.

16.1. Yogiville Gurukul may require Student to withdraw from the Yogiville Gurukul, and reserve the right to terminate our relationship with you, in writing, with immediate effect if:

16.2. Student fails to comply with the terms of the Agreement and any of the policies that apply

16.3. Yogiville Gurukul Board makes a decision, based upon your performance, that you should not be permitted to continue with your Course

16.4. Students fails to pay Course fees in accordance with the payment structure

16.5. Student’s circumstances change between acceptance of Yogiville Gurukul offer and the start of your Course such that, in Yogiville Gurukul’s reasonable opinion, offer is no longer viable

16.6. Yogiville Gurukul becomes aware of information about Student that we were previously unaware of and that, in Yogiville Gurukul’s reasonable opinion, makes it inappropriate for Student to study on Course

16.6.1. Student has failed to provide Yogiville Gurukul with all relevant information, or have supplied false or misleading information, in relation to application

16.7. Student’s behaviour represents a significant risk to the health, safety or welfare of self or others

16.8. Students continuing registration at the Yogiville Gurukul puts us in breach of any of our legal obligations to comply with UK immigration or other legal requirements

17. Termination Obligations

17.1. If termination with cause, with immediate effect, Student will

17.1.1. Stop studying on Course

17.1.2. Return any resources loaned or allocated to Student together with all property owned by Yogiville Gurukul, to Yogiville Gurukul staff.

17.1.3. Pay all outstanding fees immediately

17.1.4. Leave the Yogiville Gurukul and if a Residential Course may be asked to leave the location

17.1.5. Any action taken under the above provisions will not restrict Yogiville Gurukul’s ability to take any other action against Student, should this be necessary

17.1.6. Upon termination of this Agreement, all rights to the Digital Services in Exhibit A terminate immediately and you must remove any Yogiville Gurukul software or content from your computer immediately. If this Agreement is terminated for any reason, you agree not to re-register for or otherwise access the Digital Services without Yogiville Gurukul’s prior written approval. Yogiville Gurukul may delete any data files associated with your use of the Digital Services upon termination of this Agreement.

18. Notices – Any legal notice given under this agreement will be in writing. Any notice will be sent by email to Student at email address provided to Neuroprana. Neuroprana may also send any notice to either Students home address as appropriate. Neuroprana consider notice to have been served when the information has been delivered by hand, or 48 hours have passed after if it was posted or sent by email. Notice to the Neuroprana should be addressed to Directors at Neuroprana at the current address listed on Companies House Directory.

19. This Agreement is non-transferable; you are not permitted to transfer it, or assign any of the rights and obligations under it, to a third party. These terms and conditions, and the documents referred to in this Agreement, are the entire Agreement between you and us about your Course. They replace and/or override any other undertakings or representations, communications or documents issued by Neuroprana either in writing or orally.

20. If either you, or we, do not insist on a particular right under this Agreement being fulfilled, this does not invalidate any of the rights set out in the Agreement, or the obligation to fulfil them or ability to enforce them. If any section of this Agreement becomes void, illegal, invalid or unenforceable, this will not affect the legality, validity or enforceability of the other sections. Each Party intends that the terms of this agreement will not be enforceable by any third party, by virtue of the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999. References to statutes or regulations include any amendments made from time to time to those statutes or regulations. The Agreement is governed by, and in accordance with, the laws of England and Wales and is subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. reimbursement

 

 

 

Exhibit A
Digital Use Terms and Conditions

Digital Use General Terms & Conditions

1.Digital Course Services. Subject to the terms of this Exhibit, YOGIVILLE GURUKUL hereby grants to Student a limited, non-transferable, royalty-free, and non-exclusive license to use the digital courses (“Software”) and content (hereinafter the Software and content shall be referred to as the “Digital Services”) during the Term of this Agreement. Your use of the Digital Services shall be strictly in accordance with this Agreement and our Terms of Use. You are responsible for providing and maintaining all computer equipment and software, unless provided for you by Yogiville Gurukul and telecommunications services necessary to access the Digital Services. Nothing in this Agreement grants or transfers to you or to any third party any ownership rights in the Digital Services, including the software and other intellectual property rights related to the Digital Services. Except as specifically set forth in this Agreement, YOGIVILLE GURUKUL owns and retains all right, title, and interest in the Digital Services and any and all related materials.

2. Restrictions On Use. All pages within the Digital Services and any material made available for download (collectively the “Digital Sites”) are the property of Yogiville Gurukul and/or its affiliates. The Digital Sites are protected by national and international copyright and trademark laws and no portion of the materials on these pages may be reprinted, republished, modified, or distributed in any form without the express prior written consent of YOGIVILLE GURUKUL. Access to the Digital Sites is for your own personal use and may not be shared with any third party. You shall keep intact any proprietary notices, including copyright notices, contained on any downloaded materials and shall comply with any applicable End User License Agreements. Any rights not expressly granted by these Terms and Conditions or any applicable End User License Agreements are reserved by YOGIVILLE GURUKUL.

3. Digital Sites Availability. YOGIVILLE GURUKUL’s Digital Sites will be accessible to you via the World Wide Web portion of the Internet twenty-four (24) hours a day, seven (7) days a week, except for scheduled maintenance and required repairs, and except for any loss or interruption of Digital Services due to causes beyond the control of YOGIVILLE GURUKUL or which are not reasonably foreseeable by YOGIVILLE GURUKUL, including, but not limited to, interruption or failure of telecommunication or digital transmission links and Internet slow-downs or failures.

4. Modifications and Changes to Digital Services and/or Digital Sites. The software, content, availability and access and all other features, attributes or aspects of the Digital Services and Digital Sites are subject to change, modification, additions or deletions at any time without notice in YOGIVILLE GURUKUL’s sole discretion.

5. Links or Pointers to Other Sites. YOGIVILLE GURUKUL makes no representations whatsoever about any other website that you may access though this Digital Sites. When you access a non-YOGIVILLE GURUKUL Digital Site, you understand that it is independent from YOGIVILLE GURUKUL and YOGIVILLE GURUKUL has no control over the content on that website. In addition, a hyperlink to a non-YOGIVILLE GURUKUL website does not mean that YOGIVILLE GURUKUL endorses or accepts any responsibility for the content, or the use, of the linked website. It is up to you to take precautions to ensure that whatever you select for your use or download is free of such items as viruses, worms, trojan horses, and other items of a destructive nature.

6. Your Responsibilities. You agree to comply with our Terms of Use and all applicable laws and regulations, including, but not limited to, those related to pornography, obscenity, copyright, trademark, other intellectual property rights, data privacy, international communications, import and export regulations and tax laws and regulations. You agree to notify YOGIVILLE GURUKUL promptly if you suspect unauthorized use of your account. Until you notify YOGIVILLE GURUKUL, you remain solely responsible for such unauthorized use and any damages that may result therefrom. You further agree to notify YOGIVILLE GURUKUL immediately in the event you become subject to any lawful order or process that would prohibit or limit your use of the Service. As a condition of your use of this Digital Sites, you warrant to YOGIVILLE GURUKUL that you will not use the Digital Sites for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms and Conditions.

7. Prohibited Activities. You may not modify, reverse engineer, or decompile the Software or Digital Services or create derivative works based on the Software or Digital Services. You may not distribute, rent, lease, sell, license, or otherwise transfer rights in the Digital Services to any other person or entity or make any other commercial use of the Digital Services. Except for downloading of project files, which is authorized, you may not save the Software to your computer or any other storage medium. You may not violate any security or corrupt the Digital Sites in any way.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties. THE DIGITAL SERVICES ARE PROVIDED AS-IS, WITH ALL FAULTS, AND WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. YOGIVILLE GURUKUL EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS AND IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND TITLE/NON-INFRINGEMENT TO THE FULL EXTENT PERMIYOGIVILLE GURUKULED BY LAW. YOGIVILLE GURUKUL DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE DIGITAL SERVICES WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS, OR THAT THE OPERATION OF THE DIGITAL SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT DEFECTS IN THE DIGITAL SERVICES WILL BE CORRECTED. YOGIVILLE GURUKUL DOES NOT WARRANT OR MAKE ANY REPRESENTATION REGARDING THE USE OR THE RESULTS OF THE USE OF THE DIGITAL SERVICES OR RELATED DOCUMENTATION IN TERMS OF THEIR CORRECTNESS, ACCURACY, QUALITY, RELIABILITY, APPROPRIATENESS FOR A PARTICULAR TASK OR APPLICATION, OR OTHERWISE. NO ORAL OR WRIYOGIVILLE GURUKULEN INFORMATION OR ADVICE GIVEN BY YOGIVILLE GURUKUL OR ITS AUTHORIZED REPRESENTATIVES SHALL CREATE A WARRANTY OR IN ANY WAY INCREASE THE SCOPE OF THIS WARRANTY. YOU ARE ENTIRELY RESPONSIBLE FOR AND ASSUME ALL RISK FOR USE OF THE DIGITAL SERVICES. YOGIVILLE GURUKUL IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR TRANSMISSION ERRORS OR CORRUPTION OR SECURITY OF INFORMATION CARRIED OVER TELECOMMUNICATION LINES.

9. Subscriptions shall continue until the termination of the Agreement, unless earlier terminated as provided in this Exhibit.

 

 

 

General Requirements

1. You agree to support and abide to the Child Protection Policy as it relates to the Sita Devi Charity School, who lease property adjacent to Yogiville India property

2. No smoking, alcohol or drugs are to be taken or consumed at Yogiville.

3. You will not be under the influence of drugs or alcohol whilst at Yogiville.

4. You understand that no meat, fish or eggs or any product derivatives are allowed at Yogiville premises

5. You will behave and treat others in a fair way including other guests and Yogiville staff

6. You will maintain healthy boundaries with the Yogiville staff, management and the visitors/guests to Yogiville.

7. If any problem arises, you will discuss this in a private manner with the Yogiville management.

8. Any visitors who are non- residents at Yogiville are not entitled to stay or sleep at Yogiville without prior booking or consulting with Yogiville management

9. You understand that certain areas on Yogiville are out of bounds to day visitors. This is to ensure the privacy of Yogiville residents, for health and safety and you will respect this by not allowing friends or visitors onto these premises.

10. Communal premises are; temple, school, office area but not inside the office, yoga shala. However if there are Yogiville residents/ paying guests you must inform your friend/ visitor that these areas will be out of bounds unless previously discussed and granted by Yogiville India management.

11. If your visitor is at Yogiville at the time of prasadam (meal times) and you serve them food, you will need to offer monetary donation towards covering the cost of their food unless it is a festival or an open event for all people to join.

12. If you bring any visitors to the Yogiville Student is responsible to provide visitor with a copy of Yogiville disclaimer and code of conduct that will be with the management. Visitor will need to sign this and hand it back to the management.

13. With prior consent from management on the ground, if you visit the school please ensure that you maintain healthy boundaries with children and teachers alike. Any sexual, physical or emotional harassment will be considered as a breach of behaviour and liable for legal action.

14. If you break or damage any items or property during your stay you understand that you are responsible to pay for its replacement or repair to the standard it was.

15. You will not give any money or gifts to the local people, children or the Yogiville staff without first consulting with Yogiville management. If you want to help or give something it will be done openly to minimise the local people and Yogiville staff’s expectations from other guests present and future.

16. Any tips and feedback will be given to the management and this will then be distributed to the people/ persons concerned openly and transparently.

17. You will respect nature by not bringing too much plastic and unnecessary packaging to the Yogiville.

18. You will dress appropriately – sunbathing is allowed but only on the roof of the guest house and with discretion.
