Prana Kriya Yoga harmonises and unites the flow of the physical movement in our bodies (kriya) with its energetic power helping you become aware of your creative potential. “Prana Kriya Yoga has long been highly regarded among many great masters and yogis to hold the key to slowing down the ageing process.” Yogi Ashokananda
Atma Kriya Meditation will renew your energy, heighten intelligence by awakening and altering your perceptions, help you to have greater self-awareness, feel a connection to yourself, to others and to a source greater than you. “An ecstatic and all peaceful state of being can be experienced.” Yogi Ashokananda
Vipassana Kriya Meditation is one of India’s most ancient meditation techniques from the Vedic era. It is the process of self-purification by self-observation.
“Vipassana brings awareness to your body, to your consciousness and your mind. Any sensation, any emotion, you observe it with awareness. You do not feel it, nor do you contribute to it. You become free.” Yogi Ashokananda
Sangha – Sanskrit means association or community. The group gathering strengthens the magnetism of everyone’s association through discussion on a relevant topic. “During Sangha, we explore various topics and themes that can be incredibly inspirational and transformative, creating a space for practitioners to grow, learn, and connect in their pursuit of self-realisation.” Yogi Ashokananda
Love, compassion, and kindness are not limited. They are abundant within you. The more you spend, the more they grow.
What you can always do is to create a self-assessment of your actions and learn.
Asanas prepare your mind for meditation and mindfulness and to be comfortable in your body, mind, and within your senses.
No matter what you are doing, do it as long as it gives you the possibility to expand your parameters. Either emotional, mental, material or spiritual. It should be a constant transformation.
Practice both of them and this can be beneficial for your subtle body and your physical body same time.
Deliver 100% focus on what you are doing. Your effort should be on the mindfulness of action no matter what you are doing.
Meditate until you become compassionate and kind, not just act with compassion and kindness.
Don’t judge yourself. Practice kindness, practice compassion, practice contentment.
Choose a mindful practice. Understand your body limit and mindfully, progressively extend that body limit.
Always have gratitude for the experiences you are having and remain humble.
Align the vibration of your body, your inner universe with the rhythm of external universe and you will feel the magic.
